Spring Break TBR! Oh Yeah!

My spring break has officially begun! *throws confetti in the air* This break is more than necessary and I am so excited to do..... NOTHING. My students were all like "Awww I'm going to miss you" and "I don't want to be out of school." Meanwhile, when that clock hit 4:15, my tires were already screeching out of the lot lol

Don't get me wrong, I adore my students but there are just SO many things I've been wanting to do and that I just haven't had the time for. And one of those things is catching up on reading! Granted I know that I am not going to be able to finish every book on my TBR list in a week, but a girl can dream.

Sidenote: It's day 1 of Spring Break and where did I find myself this morning? You guessed it. In a bookstore *Kanye shrug* lol

Here are a few books I plan on being unapologetically debaucherous about :)

I've already started this book and am hooked! I know some people are probably rolling their eyes, but  this seems to be so much more than just a run of the mill romance story. Can't wait to review it :)
My goal is to finish it within the next few days.

This book has been on my TBR for a while! I mean, come on! I've got to see what all the rave is about. Plus the whole #girlboss thing just tickles my "Girls run the world" stance lol

Gifted by one of my friends (Hey Kate!), I could sense that I would need to give this read my undivided attention. Historical fiction, WWII, etc. Yep this one is going to be a page turner.

As you can see, my week is all booked (see what I did there? lol)

What's on your TBR list? Have you read any of these? What are your thoughts?

Happy reading cool kids :)

  1. Lovely choices. I bought All the Light we Cannot See because I fell in love with the cover (I have no regrets) but I hear wonderful things about it, and Me Before You has gotten nothing but praise!
    Enjoy Spring Break!! :D

    2. Well uh, that's the funny bit. Still haven't read it! I hear wonderful things about it, but I have this huge collection of books that were first in line on my TBR..

  2. I hope you have a great Spring Break! I really enjoyed Me Before You, but did not care so much for the second in the series. All the Light we Cannot See has been on my TBR and my Kindle for at least a year, but I haven't had a chance to read it yet. I hope you enjoy it.

    1. I think it depends on your mood lol

Feeling emo? - Me Before You
Want to take over the world in heels? - #girlboss
Need some historical fiction? - ATLWCS

      :)

  4. These are excellent choices! One note - make sure you have plenty of tissue at hand when you get to the end of Me Before You. It takes a lot for me to cry when reading, but I speak from experience on this one.

All the Light We Cannot See is also an excellent book but in a much more subdued fashion. I think having #girlboss as a buffer will allow you to enjoy all three that much more.

Enjoy your spring break and all the books!

But that trailer had me in a puddle SO the book must be read. xD I also want to read The Light We Cannot See, but I just haven't had a chance yet. It sounds amazing and I only hear good things!!
